We address most specific user questions in the "Installation and User Instructions" booklet sent with your CD. If you can't find your answer in there, give us a call and a member of our friendly tech support team will be happy to help you. We provide a level of customer service that surpasses the expectations of even the most demanding customers.

| Can I network the forms? |
|
Yes, the forms can be networked. Instructions for doing so are included in the "Installation and User Instructions" sent with your CD.

| Can I save my completed forms? |
|
Yes, you can save the forms to any directory right along with any other documents in that directory.

| Do your forms use a merge program? |
|
No, our forms are in an easy to use fill-in-the-blank format.

| Can I make changes to the standard text on the forms? |
|
Some of our forms are available in MS Word® and WordPerfect® format. Those forms are completely editable. (They are very complex forms though, and require a good working knowledge of your word processing program.)
Changes cannot be made to the standard text on the forms in the OmniForm® format.

| When will I receive my order? |
|
Orders paid using Visa or Mastercard and received by 2:00 p.m. are mailed first-class the same day. Orders paid for by check are sent upon receipt. A $5.00 shipping and handling charge is added to all orders. (Wisconsin residents add 5% sales tax.)

| How do I know if later on there are updates for the forms I buy? |
|
INFO-PRO includes automatic updates as part of the annual seat license purchase. When forms are updated, INFO-PRO receives the updates, makes changes to it software as soon as possible, and sends out a new CD to all licensed users.
