What applications do you offer digital forms for?

We can take ANY form and convert it to a fillable PDF allowing for one time data entry to any process and the ability to save and email. If you have multiple forms that you are filling out with the same information – INFO-PRO® can customize the forms to meet your exact needs and make the information flow to all forms from one data entry screen. We offer digital signature encryption and the ability to lock the forms so others cannot edit or change what you have done. We have a records retention policy company wide, what benefit would we get from working with you?

We index all of your information as we store it – either in boxes or in digital format and we will set a destruction date and get automatic reminders on a monthly basis of what information needs to be discarded. We have shredding services available onsite so your information is safeguarded from the moment we touch it until it is eventually destroyed. We also purge electronic information on its destruction date saving you thousands of dollars in servers and digital storage costs.
