Information Professionals (INFO-PRO®) began as a spin-off company of Andrew Law Office, SC and Guaranty Title Services, Inc. of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Andrew Law Offices was founded in 1970 by Attorney Louie Andrew, Jr. and after several years of real estate practice, Guaranty Title Services (GTS) was founded in the early 1980s in Fond du Lac and now has offices throughout Wisconsin. In the early 1990s, paralegals at GTS and Andrew Law Offices began digitizing commonly used forms rather than using the typewriter, white-out, carbon paper, etc. In addition, GTS compiled information pertaining to the lending and real estate industry. Both of these products were requested for purchase by outside companies and in 1995, INFO-PRO® was created to meet this demand.

INFO-PRO® Forms:
INFO-PRO® developed computerized forms to fulfill our need to fill out legal forms faster and easier. Previously, filling out forms was a tedious and time-consuming job and once a form was filled out, it could not be used again or changed without a lot of effort. With computerized forms, the forms were loaded on the computer and the completed forms were saved, allowing them to be accessed and changed as often as necessary.
In the fall of 1997, we put together a few libraries of our new computerized real estate forms, grouping the forms that would logically go together into a collection of about 10 forms. Prior to selling the forms, we made a number of contacts with the Wisconsin State Bar to get their feedback on the idea and they were very supportive. We were filling a very obvious need in Wisconsin and our list of satisfied customers grew. Our customers just couldn’t create the forms themselves for what we charged for them.
In 1998, we continued to add libraries of basic Wisconsin real estate forms and then expanded into circuit court forms.
While most customers are using our Wisconsin forms, we also provide libraries of real estate, HUD/closing, UCC, and 1099 forms to customers all across the country. INFO-PRO® is really changing the way forms are prepared in today’s law and real estate offices. Our customers are our best source of information on what new forms we need to add to our libraries so if you would like to see us add a new form, please let us know.

INFO-PRO® Mortgage Services Corporation:
In over twenty years of working with banks and other lending institutions through the title business, we learned that these businesses rely on accurate information in a variety of areas in order to effectively operate. In 1995, we began selling market share reports to banks in the Fond du Lac area. We continue to produce these reports, customized to meet the demands of our customers and are able to produce them monthly or quarterly for most counties in Wisconsin.
In 1997, INFO-PRO® began performing Delinquency Tax Reporting for consumer and commercial loan customers of one of our existing lending customers. In 2004, we acquired Mortgage Services Corporation in Brookfield, Wisconsin and added Tax Escrow Services to our product list. We now perform these services for over one hundred lenders in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota.
